We love to travel – both as a couple and as a family. Now the that kids are getting a bit older, they now enjoy seeing and doing new and exciting things.

I recently had a opportunity to experience a lesser known island in the Caribbean and it was truly incredible.
Nevis is a small island in the Caribbean West Indies and it is a hidden treasure. A short boat ride from St. Kitts has you entering an island full of beauty, character and pure relaxation.
We will have a couple of posts dedicated to my experiences in Nevis, but first I wanted to give everyone a sneak preview with a couple of my favorite pictures from this trip to one of the best kept secrets in the Caribbean . . . Nevis.
Ocean, Beach & Sunsets
There really aren’t too many words needed for these, Nevis is a place of relaxation and beauty, from sunrise to sunset!
As the proud birthplace Founding Father Alexander Hamilton, you can see his childhood home below and many other historical churches, sugar mills and more.
The water and the mountains of Nevis offer some breath taking views.
Monkeys & birds (and donkeys, goats and sheep, but they didn’t want to smile for the camera!)
