A big thank you to The Motherhood and Nature’s Bounty for sponsoring this post and providing products. The honest opinions are my own.
Do you find that your commitment to working out regularly has highs and lows? I know mine does. There have been times in my life, months and even years, where I couldn’t imagine going a day without doing some sort of physical activity. Then there are times that I find myself shrugging it off, knowing I should at least go for a walk, but get caught up in daily life and keep pushing it off and then it just never happens and I end up in a workout slump.
This is me right now. I am a bit embarrassed to admit that I find it tough to even go for walks these days. I run around a lot playing with the kids, cleaning house, doing yardwork, running errands, and more, but actually commitment to a full workout – even a 20 minute walk has fallen down my priority list and honestly it bothers me.

You look so fit and great in this running picture, you don’t even have a hair out of place. I’m trying but I feel like each year I do less and less- no running, no yoga, no gym… at least not on a regular basis. My eating has gotten a little better though I think.
