That’s why I’m excited about Midnight Castle. When Big Fish Games told us about the success of the PC version of Midnight Castle and their launch of the game on the iPad, I had to check it out.
Midnight Castle is a hidden object, adventure game. You inherit your uncle’s castle and along with it you get much more than just a castle, you also get the mystery, adventure and intrigue that comes along with it.
Once you step onto the castle grounds you never know what interesting characters or what kind of unknown secrets you may discover. Your goal is to find out more about the Mystery Chamber inside the castle which may have something to do with the sudden demise of your uncle. Once you reach the castle yards, the fun begins. You get to interact with some new companions and begin a journey to find certain objects that are necessary to continue your adventure. One of the ways that Midnight Castle likes to provide rewards is by completing hidden object games. The beauty of this game really comes out in the presentation of not only the games but the entire presentation of the game. The pictures and graphics are outstanding and leave you wanting more.
You have to complete several objectives to get inside the Midnight Castle, but once you do the adventure just continues to grow. Solving the mysteries and completing the challenges is rewarding and will leave you wanting more.
Midnight Castle is a free app for the iPad, like most games there are in app purchases available, but Midnight Castle does a good job of not pushing it or throwing it in your face for your entire gaming experience. There are some necessary waiting periods and some need to acquire your gold and diamonds if you prefer the totally free experience, but the delays are not too bad at all. You are able to complete a good number of tasks and actions before any downtime is required. Of course, you always have the option to expedite and purchase some of the in game options at a price that is very fair compared to other games out there.
Midnight Castle is a fun and interactive game that you have to check out at least for the graphics which are very impressive, the gameplay will have you wanting more as well. Midnight Castle comes out for the iPad today and is a free download from the iTunes App Store. To celebrate the release of Midnight Castle, Big Fish Games is holding a Midnight Castle iPad Sweepstakes on Facebook and they are giving away an iPad Mini. The Sweepstakes takes place from 12 am Thursday March 20th and ends at 11:59 on Wednesday March 26th, 2014. Simply visit Midnight Castle on Facebook and enter by commenting with the phrase “I love Midnight Castle!” and the iPad Mini could be yours. Who knows, in a couple of weeks you could be enjoying Midnight Castle on your newly won iPad Mini!
What is the most addicting game you have played on your iPad or PC?
This game looks like a lot of fun. I know my son would love to play this game. I like that you look for hidden objects and it looks like a very colorful game. This game would keep us busy for hours. I will take a look at getting it.

Ooh this looks like a fun game. Don’t tell, but I like to play text twist with my friend while we sit in church when it gets boring.
oh no, I come from a game obsessed family. Better to stay away or I literally get nothing productive done. And I love quest games too.
