Have you ever really thought about just how dirty your keyboard is? I know I use my keyboard day in and day out. I’ve eaten lunch at my desk while blogging.

I’ve ran around and cleaned the house and came back and blogged. When I used to work in an office, I would shake hands with others and touch public spaces like door handles, shared filing cabinets, and drinking fountains and come back to my desk and type away.
That’s why I’m excited abut the Logitech Washable Keyboard. You can actually immerse this keyboard in up to 11″ of water!
It’s a fantastic keyboard with quiet keys and no spaces for particles to fall into.
Set-up is easy, just plug it in and you’re ready to go.
I was so enthralled with the idea of being able to wash this keyboard that I had to put it to the test.
With the help of Kora and Logan, we took a video where I actually ran the Logitech K310 Washable Keyboard under running water!
Incredible! I also like that the keyboard includes a little brush underneath so you can maintain it’s cleanliness between washings.
Here are just a few more of the keyboard features that I like:
- Letters and numbers are laser printed and UV coated to ensure they won’t fade
- Convenient drainage holes underneath for quick drying
- Durable, high-quality construction – it’s designed to look and function like new even over time
The Logitech K310 Washable Keyboard is an affordable, easy, and convenient way to fight back against the dirt and germs that try to invade our keyboards every day. It’s also an amazing piece of technology that will forever change how we use computers.
What do you think? Would you believe you can actually wash a keyboard?
I like this idea….I would get one.
Heh – interesting
Doubt I would buy one – I really need a natural style keyboard, but cleaning regular keyboards is definitely a pain. Takes a lot of time popping each of the keys.
I don’t think I’m messy enough to need one…
i would love this keyboard, keyboard can get so dirty, so this would be perfect.
how much would it cost would be the question?
This is amazing! My daughtere is always spilling stuff on my keyboard and until now I’ve gone though 3 of them. I’m definitely going to pick this up!!!
That is so awesome! I wish I had a desk top computer so I could use one.
This is a great idea – I wonder why no one else thought about it! Personally I own a Logitech keyboard for my iPad, they make a great product.
That would take care of all the cat hair from a certain calico that thinks the desk is all hers.
WOW!! I want to run out and buy one right now..My kids have ruined my keyboards for years since they LOVE to bring their drinks and food next to the computer when I am not home. The only part of the keyboard I didn’t like is that there is not a cushion to place your hands for typing. You would have your hands flat the whole time you are at the keyboard.
This is great for a person like me who surfs the web while eating breakfast and lunch. It’s impossible to not get food on the keyboard.
Brilliant! I need one of these for work. I would love to have a keyboard that’s not grimy.
What a great invention! As I looked down at my keyboard, I can see dust and hair smooshed between the letters – gross! I desperately need this!
Love this! I could definitely use this!
That’s too neat!
I definitely need this!!
thats awesomeee i couldnt count how many times i wish i could just toss this keyboard in the sink from all the sticky buttons!!
At first the image startled me, but a washable keyboard is wonderful for the OCD in each of us.
I have *so* often over the years wished there would be a product like this. I can’t believe there actually is one now! I will certainly be trying it… considering my one key sticks now because I spilled water on it :-) I’ll be a little hesitant to purposely get water on a new board, but can’t wait to try it! Katharina
this is amazing im always using disenfecting wipes to wipe down the keyboard but i cant imagine all the stuff that has gone through the cracks. This is a great invention!
