Yesterday I had a not so fresh start to my day. I got up late, spilled my cereal all over my clothes and keyboard and it was just a rough start. It got me to thinking “what if I could restart my day?”
I started daydreaming about all the glorious thing I could be doing! Then I started to think “what if I could upgrade my day and how I go about daily things.”
HP Pavilion 17″ Notebook received.
I would be like the bionic blogger – faster, smarter, stronger, work longer, be more organized. That’s why I’m excited about the HP Pavilion 17″ Notebook from HSN.
I did want to share some information with you about how you and I can upgrade our daily lives by sitting back, relaxing and checking out some good ol’ fashioned TV or browsing on the web. This exclusive HP laptop is coming to HSN (Home Shopping Network) on July 18th. The HP Pavilion 17” Notebook is really cool & powerful, when you combine it with the new Windows 10, it will upgrade your daily life in many, many ways.
The HP Pavilion 17” comes loaded with Windows 10 – the Windows system you already know and love, just better! Here are some of the new integrations of Windows 10 that you will love
- The return of the Start Button! – I never realized how many people would miss this little button in the lower left corner, but it is now back and better than ever.
- InstantGo – Your Windows 10 HP Pavilion 17” Notebook will wake up quickly from stand-by or when powering on. Imagine if you could wake up the first time your alarm went off, and already had a shower and 2 cups of coffee – this is kinda what InstantGo is like for your HP.
- Longer Battery Life – Your HP Pavilion 17” Notebook is designed to conserve power and go longer!
- It’s a Snap – You are able to “snap” 4 apps on the screen at one time, so you can not only multi-task, but also multi-do. The 17” monitor will easily let you get do this and give you room to spare.
- Multiple Desktops – Expand your work space and organize your apps however you want between multiple users, or set it up as one desktop for work and one for play.
I am so excited for Windows 10, the Start button is going to make so many people, myself included, very happy. I am always multi-tasking, it seems like I have 50 windows open at any time, so being able to snap 4 apps on the same screen at the same time will be great for me. I will definitely use this feature all the time.
The most used update for me will be the multiple desktops – I plan on using this new feature to switch not only between work and fun, but it will be very handy in handling things for our different companies. I always have to log in and then log out (and then repeat over and over) throughout the day. The multiple desktop layout will let me easily switch back and forth and have a desktop for each business I am working on. This will help eliminate all my confusion and be a total upgrade to the way I do my day to day work.

I’d love to try Windows 10 and HSN Flex pay could make it possible, Thanks!
Sounds like a great laptop, my daughter would definitely love the purple one! Love the idea of Flex Pay as well, makes things a bit easier to budget.
I would love to have one of these HP Pavilion 17″ Notebooks. I am not sure about upgrading to Windows 10 yet, I actually have a pop up staring at me on my pc offering a free upgrade. :)
My son could use a good notebook for school.
Sounds like a notebook! I like the InstantGo and multiple desktop features! Thanks for the post!
It looks a lot like my HP Probook. Mine is not that old so I haven’t upgraded but I am looking at the Win 10 update. I have that little icon on my screen and need to look into it to make sure I get the free update. I totally skipped Win 8, and still running Win 7, even though I have the disks to move to 8. Guess it’s only Win 10!
I’ll have to check this out when it’s on HSN in a few days.
Thank you, I am new to laptops and just purchased a refurb HP, this helped a lot
Windows 10 sounds great!
I love HP brand in fact it was the brand of our first computer and it was a workhorse for many years. I am not too thrilled for windows 10 I have to admit. I am not a fan of thee tile system at all and just dont ‘get it’ so so far I am kicking and screaming and staying with win7. Admittedly I was the same way with XP (I loved XP and have an old desktop with it to play older pc games)
I really need to go nd play with win10 and give it a chance. I do like that the start button is back I was using someones laptop thatt had win8 on it and it drove me bananas.
Love the return of the start button!
Could be handy
I’m excited to see the start button again too. :-)
