I have fond memories of going to the Animation Academy at Disney World and we had a blast learning how to draw Disney characters. We were sad to hear that the area where a trained cast member would walk you thru your own sketch of a Disney character has closed. We sat through many sessions and will always have our personal drawings as souvenirs.

Although, that is no longer available we are still able to learn how to draw Disney characters, we are excited about Disney Art Academy for the Nintendo 3DS and Kora and Logan had a blast learning how to draw Disney characters.
Disney Art Academy gives you a wide variety of tools to learn how to draw more than 80 Disney and Pixar characters. This game allows you and your children to set your own pace with an assortment of easy to follow lessons. Learn to draw Mickey, Woody from Toy Story, Olaf, Anna & Elsa (do I really need to remind you they’re from Frozen!), Nemo, Simba and many more.
You can draw with pastels, paintbrushes, markers and even the Magic Brush which will provide a bonus touch of magical additions like stars, clouds and glitter to your drawings.
Once you have mastered all of the characters, or just want a change of pace, you can go to Free Paint mode and have a blank slate with tons of possible extras at your disposal.
