Whenever people ask Dave what he wants for his birthday or Christmas, the one thing that is always at the top of his list is gift certificates for massages. While he enjoys massages and would love to get them regularly, obviously that is quite an expense and one not in our budget at this time.

As a result, he’s enjoys trying back massage and shiatsu products at home and that’s why I am excited about the HoMedics Triple Shiatsu Cushion With Heat. It is impressive. It has a number of great features and Dave really enjoys how after he uses it he feels like he’s just had an expensive massage at a ritzy spa. He loves that with the click of a button he can turn on the heat which really eases the tension in his back.

We’ve tried other shiatsu cushions before from other brands and they seem very flat now in comparison. Dave enjoys how deeply they knead his sore muscles helping ease his tension, aches, and pains.

I have tried these before and was actually surprised by the “deep tissue” massage on it that would be too much for me. *some areas are tender from past back surgeries. I’d give this to my son in law who sits for work all day and I think they might even let him use this at work! How cool it attaches to the chair like that!

  52. My favorite feature of this Shiatsu Cushion are the massaging nodes. I would have to gift this to myself because my poor upper back and neck just kill me after sitting in my office chair for hours on the computer.

  103. Just the fact that it’s heated is my favorite. I freeze in my computer chair every winter.

  106. From now until the end of April I will spend about 14 hours a day in my office chair, in front of a computer, on the phone with customers. It’s tiring, grueling, and most days, by the time I leave the office my body is so stiff and sore I can barely move.
