It’s that time of year. The dreaded flu season is upon us. We’ve had a number of run-ins with bad colds including coughs, sore throats, and more already and I’m doing what I can to make sure none of us catch the flu. As a mom, there’s been many times where the kids will come down with something and not long after I’ll find myself feeling it too. Whenever we are down for the count we like to spend time lounging on the couch, under a cozy blanket, with our winter hats on to keep us warm (which they always this is funny!), catching up on our favorite shows.
While spending so much together time is fun, I’d rather do it when we are all feeling well. Once the temperature drops and flu season creeps around, I start making sure everyone is taking their vitamins and eating healthy. And Dave and I like drinking tea – yum! Tea has many wonderful properties that can boost your immune system and there are many varieties to choose from.
Along with tea, I like to stock up on Ricola Herbal Immunity Drops.
I was interested to learn that the drops contain Vitamin B6 and B12 which aid the body in most efficiently using energy; they do so by playing an essential role when carbohydrates are converted into glucose. They also contain Vitamin C, herbs, and ginseng.
I keep Ricola Herbal Immunity Drops on hand so we can continue feeling good even when flu season is upon us. They are the first widely available immunity product in the U.S. that fights fatigue, while also supporting the immune system.
I like that they contain no artificial flavors or colors and are free of genetically modified ingredients.
They come in two varieties:
- Honey Herb
- Citrus Herb
They are now available at CVS, Walgreens, and Rite Aid stores nationwide.
With flu season here, I’ll be sure to stay stocked up on lots of tea as well as boxes of Ricola Herbal Immunity Drops. Not only will they be in our house at the ready when we need them, but I plan to keep a handful in my purse as well for those moments when we are out and about and someone feels like their immune system needs an extra boost.
