It’s almost Father’s Day and one of the things I love to do in the morning for Dave is make a nice breakfast. His favorite breakfast food is pancakes so we make them often. I’m always looking for good recipes to serve along with pancakes and wanted something that was simple, delicious, and easy to make.
I decided to try making scrambled eggs with bacon & we loved this dish so much, I’m adding them to our Father’s Day menu.
Dave will be excited to have a delicious breakfast waiting for him on Father’s Day. I love that this recipe is simple enough that it can be prepared all in one pan. It makes for easy prep and quick cleanup which means we all get to spend more time together while we enjoy this flavorful and filling meal.

I’d never thought about using the Hormel Black Label Real Bacon Pieces in scrambled eggs. What a good idea – saves frying up the bacon. Yum! I would eat this any day.
Everything is better with bacon! I never thought of using the pieces, though, I’ve always fried the bacon up myself. That can be a little bit of a hassle, though, so I definitely will have to give the pieces a try.

My Mom made this for breakfast and dinner alot when I was growing up… we had 8 kids and a dozen eggs and a pound or two of bacon went a long way!…Still one of my favorites! (put it on a piece of toast – makes a great breakfast sandwich too)
