A mom & pop web-based business that has caught my eye recently is My Wonderful Walls. Husband and wife team Michael and Stephanie Goins design and produce these very impressive full-room wall stencils for kids’ and baby rooms. They offer a wide variety of themes such as Garden, Bugs, Jungle, Under the Sea, Forest, Transportation, Dinosaur, Princess, Fairy, Polka Dot and more. These do-it-yourself kits appeal many budgets and average $25-$100 per kit.
You can check out their instructional videos to see for yourself how easy they make it to paint your own mural. Here’s just a few examples of what you can create:
My Wonderful Walls also gives back. Currently they are working with T.C. Thompson’s Children’s Hospital on a Mural-Give Program in which they donate and install canvas wall art in the children’s hospital rooms. Their goal is to fill the now bare and depressing walls of the entire hospital by the end of the year. Because of this post, they will give and install one mural to a children’s hospital in 2 Wired 2 Tired’s honor. I think that is pretty cool!

It is innovative concept in home design. It is super easy, even the kids can apply wall sticker vinyls.
