On the weekends we like to take our time making and eating breakfast around here. It’s always nice to have the extra time to try out new things and to sit around the breakfast table together. We all love breakfast sandwich recipes and this one has a twist.
Recently Dave was experimenting in the kitchen with some pork carnitas and decided to try them on an egg sandwich. you can see it looked amazing and I’m happy to say it tasted fantastic!
This weekend breakfast sandwich recipe was an immediate hit and we can’t wait to make it again. The carnitas added a ton of flavor and the salsa was a great kick to get you going in the morning. This was a fun recipe and one that we’ll be coming back to often.
