Growing up in Michigan, we never had an Eat n’ Park restaurant nearby so I didn’t know what I was missing out on until I moved to Cleveland. Eat n’ Park is a fun family place to dine and at the end of each meal, every child receives a free buttery, rich, delicious and cute, Smiley Cookie. On top of that, every year 200,000 cookies are distributed to community, charity, and fundraising events. That’s a lot of cookies! The Smiley Cookie is now so popular it has its own online cookie delivery company.
SmileyCookie.com offers fresh-baked, hand-iced Smiley Cookies and will deliver them all over the country. The traditional SmileyCookie is enough to make someone grin.
But SmileyCookie.com also offers cookies for holidays including shamrocks for St. Patrick’s Day, bunnies for Easter, jack-o-lanterns for Halloween, and hearts for Valentine’s Day.
Tired Dad Dave loves Smiley Cookies, so when this box arrived in the mail the other day, he was like a kid at Christmas.
I do admit that looking at box made me happy too. All those cute cookies smiling back? Adorable! In fact, I like the box so much I’m saving it to wrap gifts in so we can pass along the smiles!
Waiting for us inside the box were 12 amazing looking Valentine’s Day Cookies:
We opened the container and out wafted the wonderful scent of buttery sugar cookies.
Aren’t they adorable?! The cookies tasted delicious too and honestly Tired Dad Dave had a hard time sharing these!
Kora and Logan did manage to wrestle a few away from Tired Dad Dave though and were just as excited about the cookies as he was. They loved that the cookies were in the shape of a heart and thought the faces were great. They loved the taste too and normally it takes them forever to eat, but they had these gone in a heartbeat (ha ha, get it?!).
It’s amazing that such a simple thing like a heart-shaped sugar cookie with a smile on it could really make people beam, but everyone in my house was so happy to have them that I think they would make incredible Valentine’s Day gifts. These cookies would be perfect for anyone from long-distance relatives to college students to children and everyone in between. Everybody can use a smile and it’s so easy to send a dozen this Valentine’s Day with SmileyCookie.com.
Thank you to SmileyCookie.com for providing the cookies for review. No compensation was received. The opinions are my own and that of my family.

So happy to see you loving on the Smiley Cookies! Growing up in Pittsburgh, they are a tradition. And now that I live halfway across the country, my parents send them to my kids for pretty much every holiday. I’ll be making my very own black and gold Smileys for this Sunday. They won’t be as good, but it will make me feel like I’m at home!
What a wonderfully simple concept! I may have to order some of these for my cookie monster husband!
Boy! Do they look YUMMY!I’ve never had those before, but would love to!
I LOVE the Smiley Cookies! Many of my high school nights were spent eating cookies and drinking coffee way too late at our Eat n’ Park. My mom still gets me a box from time to time :)
Those are just entirely too cute! They make you smile just looking at them!
Those are absolutely adorable!! How can anyone not smile when they see those cookies smiling back at them!!
I love that they even shipped it in that fancy smiley box :-)
What a neat idea. I can honestly say I haven’t had a smiley cookie.
I live in Cincinnati and we have Busken Bakery. They have similar cookies for almost every holiday. I always love getting cookies like this to share with my husband.
