I’m really excited because today we are hopping on a plane and heading to Universal Orlando Resort for a fantastic long Labor Day weekend!
We haven’t told Kora & Logan yet, we thought it would be fun to surprise them once we got to the airport. Just about 3 weeks ago or so they were telling us how badly they wanted to fly in a plane again. They are going to be thrilled when we pull up to the airport and tell them we are going to Florida!
This trip is going to be spectacular because we were invited along with 10 other bloggers and their families to visit Universal Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios Florida. It will be amazing to share this experience with such a fantastic group
To prepare for the trip we watched Despicable Me the other night so we can be ready for the new Minion Mayhem 3-D Ride that just opened up this year. It looks like a fun ride full of laughs. Kora and Logan thought the minions were so cute in the movie and I’m sure this ride will be a hit.
I’ve been reading parts of the first Harry Potter book to Kora & Logan and I can’t wait to see their faces when we enter The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and they see Hogwarts for the first time.
I’m looking forward to the Frozen Butterbeer too. I’ve heard they are delicious especially on a hot day.
Dave and I will get the chance to see The Blue Man Group which will be incredible. I’ve always wanted to see them perform!
I’m also looking forward to staying at the Loew’s Royal Pacific Resort. It looks gorgeous and the pools are amazing. Kora & Logan will want to sneak swimming in whenever they can.
It’s going to be a fun-filled, exciting weekend and I’m so thankful that Dave’s old college buddy can help us out once again to watch the house and the dogs. He’s great with the dogs and it’s so nice not having to be concerned about them at the kennel. I’m really looking forward to a wonderful weekend without any worries.
