I love TV. I always look forward to hanging out on the couch at the end of the day watching our favorite shows with Dave. We love to discover new shows, new to us shows, and to watch old shows that we may have missed the first time around.
A TiVo Roamio Plus and service provided.
That’s why I’m excited about the TiVo Roamio.
There are so many great features of TiVo that I previously wrote a post and made an overview video. You can check them out here: An Overview of TiVo Roamio Plus & Its Features.
After I recorded that video and published this post I realized that there are even more features of TiVo that I didn’t include. In fact, I put a question out on Twitter to see if anyone had anything specific they were wondering about and I received some great feedback. One question in particular asked the difference between TiVo and the cable company’s DVR. I decided to make another video to show even more features of TiVo as well as a few tips and tricks that make it stand out from the typical cable company DVR.
Isn’t that amazing? There are so many wonderful features of TiVo. It’s a fantastic way to watch live TV, record shows, and discover new sitcoms, dramas, movies, and more. The remote and all of the options are simple to use and very intuitive and we love that we don’ have to refer back to the instructions manual to figure it out. I also like the green thumbs up and red thumbs down buttons. They are a fun way to rate shows and to find suggestions and recommendations based on your preferences.
We’ve enjoyed using the TiVo Roamio Plus and I recommend it to anyone looking for a way to improve their TV experience. With the holidays around the corner it would be a great additions to your wish list or a thoughtful gift for the television fan in your life.
I have often thought about TiVo. It sounds like it has tons of great features.
On most devices like this there will be very few people who fully utilize the device as well as they could.
I’ve never tried tivo before but this makes it seem a little easier!
Thought about TIVO but never tried it. Maybe someday.
I would love to have TiVo. Not sure if it is available here. I will have to ask.
