This Started Out Simple…

Awhile back I shared a post looking back at what it was like to go grocery shopping with two toddlers. At that time I started flipping through old photos and I came across these.

Kora was almost 3 and Logan was almost 2. They wanted to paint and I was happy to set them up with something that would keep them busy. It all went well and then somehow this happened.

I have no idea who would think of this. *Wink.

The kids thought it was fun and funny. I thought it was adorable.

Then they took it a step further…

Next thing you know this happened…

It was so cute and funny. Every time I see these pictures I laugh and my heart melts a little. Thank goodness for washable paints!

How cute! I know that when my son and daughter played with paints they made a huge mess and got so much of it all over themselves. I sure enjoyed your pictures.

I love getting the kids together ans doing crafts/projects like this. They always have so much fun, and I don’t mind if it gets messy.

  5. I think all kids play in paint, I remember when my daughter was about 2 she found a bottle of black paint, it was a pain to get off her, she had it everywhere!

LOL!! Time flies doesn’t it? It is fun to look at old pics like these and laugh again and then your heart has a little ache because the time with them passes so quickly!

  8. They are too cute. I have a 3 year old grandson and they are so funny at this age. They are smarter than you think too!! Love the pictures. Thanks for sharing.

  11. Sometimes you just have to go with the flow with little ones! I think I was way to ‘fussy’ when my daughter was little, I wish now I wouldn’t have been – I think we would have had a lot more Kodak Moments like this if I had been more flexible!

  12. At first I thought they were making Cat Halloween costumes LOL!
