Simplygood Snugly Sling – Review

Oh, how I wish that moms had the ability to grow extra arms as they have more children. It just always seems like I do not have enough arms to manage all the mommy tasks. I know that when our little man does finally arrive this spring that I am going to need all possible hands to meet the needs of my growing family. Tired Dad Paul, works from home and is at his computer most of the day. We have talked a lot about how he is going to manage being at home with the little guy next year and see to all of his responsibilities with being an on-line teacher.

Thankfully, the Simplygood Snugly Sling has come to our rescue. The day it arrived it the mail, I greeted its arrival with great anticipation. I quickly opened up the box and pulled the visually pleasing sling.

Simplygood Snugly Sling Review

Snugly Sling

Since I had never used a baby sling with my other children, I felt a bit clumsy trying to put it on correctly. I am glad to say the Snugly Sling came with a DVD to show the different ways to wear the sling and keep the baby safe.

Simplygood Snugly Sling Review

I am very impressed with the quality of the Snugly Sling. I do like that it is one size fits all. I will be able to use this during the summer to hold our little guy while I have the big sisters at the pool. Tired Dad Paul, had tried it out and he will be able to keep the little man close to him and still be able to work at his desk during the school day next fall.

Simplygood Snugly Sling Review

Since the Snugly Sling is made from 100% cotton, it is cool and breathable as well as being washable. The material feels soft to the touch so the little guy will not get irritated by having his skin being wrapped in it.

The two features that impress me the most about the Snugly Sling are the locking buckle, and the thick shoulder pad. It is just as important for the sling to be comfortable for the parent as well as the baby. The locking buckle allows me to adjust the length of the strap and securely holds it in place. I love knowing that it will not start slipping while I am carrying the little guy around this summer.

I know that Tired Dad Paul is really going to appreciate the thick shoulder pad, since he may be sitting in a meeting at his computer an hour at a time. The thick padding really allows for extended comfort for the parent wearing the sling.

The Simplygood Snugly Sling is a great product since it can grow with a baby from 8 – 30 pounds. There are four different ways to wear a baby with this sling. Just remember to keep the baby’s face out and away from the fabric when wearing the sling to cradle the baby.

The product was provided for review. No compensation was received. The honest opinions are my own and that of my family.
