I opened my front door the other day to discover a package on my porch. I brought it in the house, opened it and immediately had visions of Christmas. The package contained ScentSicles. What a innovative way to provide the smell of evergreens in your home! They are thin green sticks that are infused with the pure fragrance oil of evergreens. I hung them in my Christmas tree and they were completely invisible, but the smell was still evident. The ScentSicles are biodegradable and safer for children and pets than other home fragrance product. They come in three scents: Douglas Fir, Blue Spruce and White Pine.
The fragrance lasted for a few days, but comes with five replacements so I will refresh mine when guests come to visit during the holiday season.
They are available at Walmart, Bed Bath & Beyone, Michaels, Menards and Hallmark stores, as well as at ScentSicles.com and HomeDepot.com. Suggested price is $6.99.
Thank you to ScentSicles for providing the product for review. No compensation was received. The opinions are my own.

Wow! That is a great idea! The one thing I miss about a “real” Christmas tree is the smell! Maybe I could hang these on our artifical tree!
Are the sticks glass or wood? They look like regular ornaments so maybe glass?
They are wood. Glass would be very neat though!
COOL. I wonder if I could get them in time if I ordered now.
Hi! Just wanted to let you know I have award your blog the stylish blogger award! Congrats!!
Those are so cool! I have one real and one fake tree. May have to get some of these though, because the real one already stopped smelling LOL.
What an AWESOME idea! This is my first year ever with a fake tree (**pout**) and I’m definitely missing the “Christmas Tree Scent”!
What a GREAT!!! product. My hubby grow up with a real tree and always miss the scent. This is a must have and would make him happy.
I bought these, and quickly took them back! The scent was too overpowering for us. It left us all with headaches. I would advise not to touch them, also. Could leave you with a rash as it did to my daughter. Yes, they smelled great in the store, but once I got them home and out of the package–well, it was just too much.
