Over the years the dinnerware we received for our wedding has been breaking piece by piece. We have gradually replaced it with a bowl from here or a plate from there. The result is the small amount of mismatched dinnerware we have been using the past few years.
Needless to say I was so happy recently to receive a set of Oneida’s Chef’s Table line of porcelain dinnerware.
The first thing I noticed was the beautiful simplicity of it. The Chef’s Table collection is available in round, hard square, and soft square so you can pick the style that suits you.
As I stated earlier, my family is hard on dishes, with broken dishes occurring more often than I like. The Oneida’s Chef’s Table collection dinnerware is not only durable but chip resistant as well. They even offer a 3 Year No-Chip Warranty on place setting items.
Oneida has also designed a special “finger-touch grip” underneath each plate. This allows you to grip the plates even when your hands are wet, hopefully preventing many of those accidental drops and spills. I am confident these dishes will hold up to our active family.
In addition, to Oneida’s Chef’s Table dinnerware, I also had the opportunity to review Oneida’s Grandville line of glassware which you can see in the above picture as well.
The glasses are weighted on the bottom, which should help eliminate the frequent spills that occur in our house. The glassware has a beautiful angular line and is made of restaurant quality lead-free crystal and, best of all, is dishwasher safe.
I received a set of 11 oz. Double Old Fashioned glasses, which are perfect size and style for my children to use. I also received the Grandville Tall Highball glasses which my husband absolutely loves.
I really have enjoyed using Oneida’s products and look forward to using them at our dinner table every night.
The products were provided for review. No compensation was received. The honest opinions are my own and that of my family.

That glassware is lovely. I love the thick glass at the bottom. I wish I could have glassware in my home. The kids always break them in the sink.
hmmm… the finger touch grip sounds interesting- does it actually work? what does it look like? I like that it has a 3yr chip warranty
