I love to take quick video clips of the kids! They are funny and silly and true entertainment, especially for their grandparents who live in Florida. I can handle videotaping a quick clip- but that is about as techno-savy and I get. I rely on my husband, Andy, to do the rest. When we were asked to review the iSkysoft DVD Creator, I let Andy do the work!
Here’s what Andy had to say:
The iSkysoft DVD Creator software was very easy and quick to install. From download to install, it took approximately 10 minutes on an average cable internet connection. Upon booting up the software the user is asked to either “Try” the software, or enter the email and registration code provided in that user’s email inbox.
After loading the DVD Creator, the user is given the choice of several customized templates for the front menu of the DVD. Selecting the preferred template is as easy, simply click on the desired template. The software then asks the user to select the files and provides an easy way to import files. You can also select video or pictures stored on a hard drive to create the DVD. Choosing the appropriate files took only a few minutes and they were uploaded in about 30 seconds.
The DVD is then ready to burn. After choosing your personal front menu (fully customizable), then select “Burn” to start creating the disk. It took only 14 minutes to copy and burn nearly 1000 mb of video to the disk!
After reading Andy’s step-by-step instructions, it sounded so easy that I tried it. I found it simple to use and it allowed me to format the video clips into a DVD and even add a “Menu Option” where grandparents could click on the video they wanted to watch instead of fast-forwarding through the whole DVD. I thought it was helpful.
If you enjoy capturing your kids or events on video and you have someone to share them with or would be interested in making your own DVD, the iSkySoft DVD Creator may be helpful to you.
Thank you to iSkySoft for providing the product for review. No compensation was received. The opinions are my own and that of my family.

This sounds very interesting! I have zillions of pics on my laptop. I love that this has a feature that allows you to choose a clip rather than having to scroll through it all.
Thanks for the review. I’ll have to check this out further.
