HINT Water is advertised as “Simple. Premium essence water with a HINT of flavor” and has no calories, sweeteners, or preservatives. Six bottles were sent to our house to try out and review.
Lucky for me the water arrived on Friday just before we were about to take a road trip to Northern Michigan! I say this because on road trips with 3 kids and a long car ride, I have to admit that I pack kid-friendly snacks that may not be the healthiest, but don’t we all cheat a little while on vacation? So I was more than happy to throw the HINT Water into the cooler for the trip and didn’t feel so guilty about the kids drinking it. It was a great alternative to juice boxes and soda pop!
There are 10 flavors total and we had a sampling of Blackberry, Watermelon, Pomegranate-Tangerine, Raspberry Lime, Strawberry-Kiwi, and Mango-Grapefruit.
The product is made by a small privately owned company with 22 employees and I appreciate suppporting smaller companies. Right now, HINT Water can be found at more than 10,000 retailers nationally including Starbucks.
So how did HINT Water fare at our house? Well, all three the kids liked it and so did my husband and dad! They liked it so much that I only got to sample the Blackberry flavor and it was just as advertised- simple, not sweet, and very refreshing. My dad did not recommend the Mango-Grapefruit flavor, but the kids liked it!
Our overall favorite was the Blackberry or Kiwi-Strawberry! The kids also thought that the Yogi Bear advertising on the bottle was cool.
I have been trying to drink more water and eat healthier, so this was the perfect product at the right time. I’m not sure what the retail cost would be. Feeding a family of five on a budget can be challenging, but I would probably buy the product again! You can go to www.drinkHINT.com for more information.
Thank you to HINT Water for providing the water for review. No compensation was received. The opinions are my own and that of my family.

This sounds great. I love water but always add a little flavor to it. I bet the Kiwi Strawberry tastes great.
I think I would like this. I find just water boring, boring, boring so I don’t drink as much as I should. Thanks for the review!

This sounds nice – I love flavored waters!
Yes- it was not too sweet. Very refreshing. I think my palate it saturated with too much sweet stuff! Artifical sweeteners and conr syrup and such…. back to the basics- WATER- and this was great stuff!
I actually tried this water at Whole Foods when they were giving samples. The flavor is very, very light and it was quite refreshing.
I’ve never heard of this before. I’ll have to look for it the next time I’m in Whole Foods.
This sounds great. I drink a ton of water, so sometimes I get a little bored with it. The added flavor sounds like just what I need. TFS.
