In my first post about the Chevy Malibu I said we had errands to run that day. Well, one of those errands was a trip to the grocery store.
We’ve been spoiled with our trunk space in the past because our previous cars had a lot of it. So I was curious just how full we could get the trunk in the Malibu.
I took a video of our excursion and you’ll have to excuse Kora’s frustration at the end. It was waaaay, past nap time and well, you know how that goes. Also, I didn’t realize at first that she wanted to get the melon in the back of the trunk – that’s why she tried to climb in.
Anyway, watch the video and it will all make sense!
Thanks again to Chevy for selecting me as part of the Gotta Love Chevy NEO Girlfriend Getaway Program, for the Chevy Malibu for review, and gift cards to cover weekly expeditions. No compensation was received.

Looks like a great, roomy car!! I need one of those!
Wow, that trunk is very roomy!!! You have the patience of a saint…you were so calm and sweet when Kora kept wanting to get her own bag. I would’ve completely had a meltdown just trying to manage everything AND video at the same time!
I’m pretty impressed with this car. My sister-in-law recently traded in her Dodge Grand Caravan for one and I thought she was nuts-at first. But now I really like it, and this is one on our “must look at” list since we are expecting to be in the market for a new vehicle in a year or two (hopefully two…)
Love this post. I am hoping to try a Malibu soon too. Love your blog header, Tesa!
