I’m excited to say that we’ve left Cleveland for beautiful and sunny Orlando, Florida for the week! .

Global Resort Homes Reviews

Accommodations provided.

We’ve been on a fantastic and fun family vacation and stayed at Global Resort Homes in Orlando. We were excited to stay at 2589 Archfeld Blvd in Windsor Hills. It is incredible and is only 1.5 miles from from the gates of Walt Disney World

Our family of four along with Dave’s mother, my parents, and my sister and her girls have all been enjoying this expansive house. With 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 sitting areas, a game room, a large kitchen, and a gorgeous pool we’ve had plenty of space for the 10 of us to spread out.

When we first arrived at the house we were all amazed by its size, how beautifully decorated it is, and the number of amenities it has. To give you a look at the house and what is has to offer, here’s a very enthusiastic video tour given by Kora, Logan, and their cousins which really captures their excitement about this vacation rental.

As you can see the house is beautiful, luxurious, and large. When we were planning our trip I knew we wanted to stay some place that was spacious enough to hold us all. I immediately thought of Global Resort Homes and was pleased to be offered the chance to stay in this rental for review. It’s the perfect size for our large group and while it’s given us plenty of space, it has also allowed us to spend quality time together which has truly made this trip unforgettable.

To give you a feel for the house, here’s a photo tour:

There is an enormous lagoon style pool that even has a water slide!

Windsor Hills Community PoolThere’s also a fun children’s playground with a cute climbing structure, see-saw, merry-go-round, swings, and giant checkerboard.

Global Resort Homes Playground CheckersIn the clubhouse is a state of the art fitness center, 40-seat movie theater, arcade, a volleyball court, a basketball court, and a tennis court.

We were also excited to see a few geckos running around and a beautiful hawk that would hang out on the fence across from our screened-in pool from time to time.Global Resort Homes Gecko

Global Resort Homes - HawkWe’ve enjoyed our time here in Global Resort Homes and would recommend a stay here to anyone looking for vacation rentals in the Orlando area. The house and the Windsor Hills community have so much to offer that we would love to come down one year with nothing scheduled to simply enjoy all of the amenities to their fullest. It’s been a wonderful vacation and one that we will never forget thanks to Global Resort Homes.

I’ve always thought that would be the way to go if I went to Florida again with my family, I like the privacy, the fact that you can do your own laundry and make your own meals, saving expenses that way as well.

Woo that home looks amazing. It sounds like it makes a lot of sense to stay in one of these homes instead of a hotel when you have a good sized group.

That home is beautiful. I also stayed at Global Resorts last year in the same location and LOVED the house I stayed in. I think renting a house instead of a hotel is the best way to go, especially if you like to have lots of room and privacy.

Amazing is all I can say. Now I have to show this to my daughter. They are going to Orlando at the end of the month and this would have been the perfect place for them to stay. They usually go a couple times a year for vacations so I know she will love seeing this. I could have a blast here without leaving this home. Beautiful!

Hey there! I’m Tesa, the mom behind 2 Wired 2 Tired. The blog originally got its name because my husband, Dave, and I had two kids born a year apart. Back then, we always joked that “the kids were too wired and we were too tired.”

Fast forward to today—those two kids are navigating college life (how did that happen so fast?!), and our house is a little quieter. But the story didn't stop there. Now that I'm a 50+ mom and an empty nester-in-training, the definition of 2 Wired 2 Tired has evolved.

Today I'm wired for new adventures, Disney magic, smart technology, and unforgettable travel experiences and I’m completely tired of bad gadgets, boring trips!

Whether you're a midlife mom looking for the ultimate 50+ Disney World guide, planning a relaxing Michigan Lake Life getaway, organizing a college dorm packing list, or just looking for a killer recipe to enjoy with a great book, you're in the right place.

The chaotic toddler years might be behind us, but the fun (and the coffee) is always brewing around here. Let's tackle this next exciting chapter together!
