Recently, after a visit to a doctor I discovered that I needed a new pair of prescription glasses. I decided to try GlassesUSA.com because they have easy ordering, a money back guarantee, and a virtual try-it mirror feature.
The first thing I did was use the Virtual Try-It Mirror and upload a photo of myself so I could try on a bunch of different glasses and see how I looked in them. I loved this feature because it helped me determine which glasses looked best on me. I also liked that I could share the photos of myself wearing the virtual glasses with family and friends to get their opinion as well.
I was amazed at the variety of choices which included everything from every day glasses to non-reflective lenses and even glasses with uv protection. After “trying on” many pairs of glasses I was excited to order the Jaimie glasses in black.
I was very pleased with the customer service I received from GlassesUSA. I didn’t have the most common experience with them and they were wonderful throughout. First, my eye doctor apparently has the penmanship of a 1st grader and an error in his writing caused a mix-up in my first order. GlassesUSA very promptly replaced the glasses and suggested I donate the incorrect pair to a group who could use them. Then my next order came with an inappropriately sized screw for the nose-piece. The glasses would slip-off every time I bent over. I informed them of this and they sent over a small box full of different size screws and nose-pieces.
I was very pleased to see that they really were trying and was very happy to find a screw in the box that fit. My eyeglasses now fit well and I’m happy with them.
The quality of the glasses were well above my expectations. My optometrist looked them over and said they did a wonderful job slimming them down. I’m glad to have done business with GlassesUSA and would purchase glasses online from them again because of their customer service and their reasonable prices.

And I must say I’m quite pleased with what they had to offer!
