We just had one of our busiest, but most fun weekends this summer. My sister and her family came down from Michigan to visit and we went amusement park hopping. Our first stop on Saturday, was Wildwater Kingdom.
None of us had ever been to Wildwater Kingdom and since the weather has been hitting 90 degrees nearly every day, we thought it was the perfect opportunity to try it out.

Look at all those fun slides to play on – what a great park!
That sounds like so much fun. The pictures are great.
My kids love waterparks with those huge buckets of water. They have one in Universal Studios and my boys can’t wait till our September California vacation.
That looks like sooooo much fun! OMG I would live there LOL
Looks like lots of fun. We haven’t been brave enough to take our kids to a water park yet.
In answer to your comment on my post – yes, I do think Curlformers will work on fine, straight hair. Julie’s is pretty fine and VERY straight. I was pretty amazed by how curly it turned out. And I think they are comfortable to sleep in – Julie never complained and seemed to sleep very well.
OMG that looks like SO Much fun…I want to go!
It sounds like an absolute blast!
Love this post! I’ve always wanted to go to Wild Water Kingdom and now I want to more than ever! I think Snoopy and Charlie Brown as really cute!
Oh wow! That looks like such a fun water park. I don’t think I could do that big ride in the second pic. Too scary for me, my Hubbie would love it though.
I meant liquid lightning. Eek scary.
This looked like so much fun! Being around water when it is so hot is wonderful!
WOW. That looks like an awesome and crazy time. We went on the same slide you list first and it was called the cyclone at Six Flags Baltimore and we rode it. It was a sick ride but fun!
Glad you all had a great time!
OH my goodness that looks like FUN! Before kids, me and hubby went to Florida to Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach, both were so much fun! This October we will be going to Wolf Lodge :) Super excited for that with the kids!! That water park sure looks like fun though! Great review :)
My kids are peering over my shoulders as I type completely enamored with all the waterpark pics. My son has been before but not my daughter. It looks like you had a wonderful day.
I am really impressed by the lifeguard as I almost drowned at a waterpark when I was 15. I was a good swimmer but I was too far out in the wave pool without any flotation device. It was a strong pool and I could not pull myself out. Two lifeguards were actually laughing at me rather than helping. Thank goodness a father in the vicinity helped me out. I’m not sure that I would be hete to tell that stoey had he not.
We LOVE water parks!!! I just hate how busy they get! LOL (the downfall of living in paradise – TOURISTS!!) We go to Big Kahunas a lot in Destin. I could float in a lazy river for 8 hours and be happy as a little clam, hahaha
Oh man, Snoopy and Charlie Brown? That would be worth the trip from Florida. I <3 Snoopy. Wildwater Kingdom looks like a really fun place and looks like you and your little ones had a great time!
