As you probably know October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. I think it’s wonderful to see all the companies throughout the month running various promotions to help raise money to support breast cancer research.
The Freschetta Proud To Support Pink Program runs from September 25th – October 31st when specially marked packages are purchased, consumers are helping Freschetta reach their goal of donating $50,000 donation to the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.
To help with this donation, purchase Freschetta pizzas and Artisian Pizza Crusts printed with codes that can be entered online at the Freschetta Proud to Support Pink website. For every code entered, Freschetta will donate $1 to the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, up to $50,000.
The Proud To Support website also offers a place for people to share their breast cancer story or the story of a friend or loved one. The stories will be displayed on the site and also on the Freschetta Facebook Page to inspire others.
Freschetta is also giving away 50 pink iPod Shuffles each week in October as part of a giveaway on the Proud to Support Pink website. On top of that, 50 pink iPod Shuffles will be donated each week in October to 4 cancer center around America to be enjoyed by breast cancer patients during their treatments.
Freschetta pizza is one of my favorite frozen pizzas and I am so excited to get the chance to share this amazing program with you as well as the giveaway below.
