Family Organization With AboutOne.com

I often find it frustrating to have my family documents scattered everywhere. Health records are in one place, homeowner’s information is in another, and school documents for Kora & Logan are somewhere else. More often then not when I’m out and about and need to get my hands on something, it requires a 10 minutes long phone call to Tired Dad Dave who searches the house trying to find what I need and then attempts to relay all of the information by phone. Thankfully we now have AboutOne.com.

AboutOne.com is the ultimate online storage and organizational system. Not only does it keep important documents and records in one place, but it preserves memories too. Users can upload photos and create family newsletters, scrapbooks, and holiday cards and soon the ability to create hardcover photobooks will be an option as well. It’s also a reminder service as well and will notify you of upcoming birthdays, doctor’s appointments, and more.

While there are many features of AboutOne.com that I think are fantastic, my favorite is that it’s all accessible by a mobile device. The inbox allows you to snap a photo with your phone and then send it directly to your account. Besides being fun, the benefit to this is if you are out with the kids and an emergency happens, you can have all the documentation you might need right at your fingertips.

AboutOne.com offers a variety of pricing plans. Users can sign up for a free trial for the first 30 days. After 30 days is up the payment options include $5/month or $30/year. That’s a pretty minimal fee for a service that makes life easier, less stressful, and more fun!

What about you? How do you normally organize your families documents and photos?

Thank you to AboutOne.com for providing the service for review. No compensation was received. The opinions are mine.

I’d never heard of this, and I love the idea. It would be so helpful to have everything in one safe place. TFS!

This is a great idea. But, we really don’t need it. I am really into organizing! I just sort of do it naturally. My motivation is that I can’t stand to look for something I can’t find. I really can’t stand it. It gets me very stressed. So, I have 7 drawers of filing cabinets. I can usually find what I need.
