I drink a lot of water. I’d like to say that it’s a habit that started when I played sports back in high school and college, but truthfully I believe it all started when I first started working office jobs. I’ve never been someone that can sit still for very long and I realized one day that I could get up from my desk more frequently if I needed to fill my water bottle.

I have to say, I’m pretty happy because it’s a healthy habit to have and one that’s stuck throughout the years. After a long blogging session, I’ll look over and see my water bottle empty and be glad for the chance to stretch my legs to fill it up.
