This is really cute design and as you can see Emma was intrigued by the sparkles.
She tried her best to pull them off but each sparkle is attached securely so I didn’t have any concerns about her pulling it off and eating them.
I was impressed to note that the onesie itself is very soft.

Very cute onesie. I would be afraid of the cuteness coming off though when washing it.
