Two years ago, I was in charge of lining up babysitting volunteers for our local Early Childhood PTA meetings. I used a phone list to call about 40 people each month to ask who would be available to babysit at the next meeting. Between all the back and forth phone messages and the time it consumed, it was a much more difficult job then I initially anticipated. If I had used, the CMomGo App connecting with everyone would have been a snap and I wouldn’t have spent all my free time on the phone!

The CMomGo App allows users to create private circles for the events that they are a participant in, or the head of. This way all members can share photos, calendar activities, and messages. CMomGo started first as a website and because moms are often on the go they frequently accessed the website from their phones – and so the app was born.

The CMomGo App also displays activity details and allows the user to set their status as “in” or “out.” It also offers personal reminders as well. The app costs $1.99 and it connects users with their online accounts so they can check messages, activities, and photos from anywhere. Through January 2011, CMomGo is donating 50% of their proceeds to fight child hunger.
