Last year we attended Breakfast with Santa at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo and had such a wonderful time we are making sure there is room in our schedule so we can attend again this year.
Last year the event took place in the Primate, Cat, and Aquatics Building which we found so fun! As we enjoyed our breakfast we were surrounded by monkeys and gorillas. I wondered how the animals would react to this change of pace, but they didn’t seem to mind at all. It was like having a front row center seat to watch them as they went about their day.
Kora & Logan enjoyed it as well. They especially had fun with the coloring and craft activities offered and Kora was thrilled to have her face painted with a cute little reindeer.
This year Breakfast with Santa at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo will be in the Rainforest. The event takes place from 8 – 10 am on:
- December 11th & 12th, 2010
- December 18th & 19th, 2010
All four dates will include holiday crafts for the kids, a visit with Santa, a small animal program, and a delicious breakfast buffet of:
- Scrambled Eggs & Cheese
- Breakfast Potatoes
- Bacon and Sausage
- Waffles and Maple Syrup
- Fruit Smoothie Station
- Bagel Station
- Water, Orange Juice, Coffee, and Milk
