Many years ago Dave surprised me for my birthday with tickets to Cirque du Soleil when they were here in Cleveland. It was our first and only Cirque show, but I’ve been hooked ever since. I love the amazing acrobatics and costumes and I’m always blown away whenever I think about that show or catch it on television.
That’s why I’m really excited that Cirque du Soleil Dralion is coming to Cleveland! The show will be at the Wolstein Center from Wednesday, April 4th – Sunday, April 8th.

Dralion’s name is derived from the dragon, symbolizing the East, and the lion, symbolizing the west. The inspiration for the show is the quest for harmony between humans and nature.

In Cirque du Soleil Dralion the four elements that govern nature take on a human form. Acts include:

- Bamboo Poles
- Chairs
- Dralions
- Hoop Diving

- Single Handbalancing

- Trampoline

The acts are sure to be breathtaking and with close to 1500 costume pieces including shoes, hats, and accessories the wardrobe team has certainly set out to impress.
