I am not sure why it is that I am drawn to touch every baby blanket I see. It does not matter if they are fluffy, silky, plush soft or even just a basic flannel receiving blanket. Just the other day as I was getting ready to leave for yet another trip to the hospital I opened the door and there was a box from Carousel Designs containing an amazing crib-sized baby blanket.
Tired Dad Paul, can attest that the first words out of my mouth when I opened the box were, “This is just beautiful.” Then immediately, I put the blanket in the diaper/hospital bag.
Carousel Designs allows its customers to design their own nursery décor from over 300 fabric choices. This beautiful blanket is made from the Blue Green Circus Toile print of blue and muted blue shades.
It is wonderful because it is 100% cotton, but of a heavier drapery weight. The feel of the Circus Circus is very soft to the touch, yet you can feel the texture of the print. The back of the blanket is made from a super cozy Sage Minky Chenille. This Chenille is what draws the hand to touch and feel just how soft it really is. I wish I was a baby and could be swaddled and wrapped up in its coziness!
The great thing about the Carousel Design Company is that they are U.S. based company. All of their products are made here in our country. They have been in business for 22 years and have continued to keep their productions here.
What I Love About My Carousel Designs Baby Blanket:
- Quality of the material
- Softness of both sides of the blanket, giving it different sensory options
- Made in the U.S. A.
- It will be perfect for our new little man when he arrives in the next few weeks
