I cannot decide if I should be embarrassed or proud of this statement “In the last 10 days, I have consumed more fruits and vegetables than I have in the last month . . . or 2 . . . or 3.” I have the Bella NutriPro Cold Press Juicer to thank for my new eating habits.
As you may know, I had a little spat with my New Year’s Resolution. While trying to eat healthier, I ran into a roadblock named the flu. After I got better, Dave and I started experimenting with the NutriPro Cold Press Juicer, and we have been thrilled with the results. After having an opportunity to read up on the benefits and why juicing works, and how to best do it, I was elated to have the chance to try the NutriPro.
There are a lot of pieces and parts upon the opening of the box, but once you lay everything out, it quickly comes together and makes sense how it operates. We put the NutriPro Cold Press Juicer together and started experimenting.
We checked out some of the included recipes and picked 2 for our first adventure with the NutriPro. A cold tomato dill soup, which was awesome, I was amazed at how much juice/soup can come from 4 tomatoes and a cucumber. It was very cool watching the container keep filling up as the juicer squeezed all the liquid into the container. It was quiet, quick and quite impressive!
Secondly, we had to try at least one of the desserts. The banana sorbet sounded great and seemed very simple to make. We had to freeze the bananas, and all you do is put the frozen bananas in, and out comes the sorbet, add some chopped nuts, and chocolate shavings and you have a delicious, easy dessert!
Over the next couple of days we tried just about everything and it continues to be a fun adventure with every attempt seeing the color and taste combinations. Here’s an apple spinach juice we made that was amazing!
