This past weekend a farm park on the east side of town held a Barnyard Bash. It was a great event with a barnyard theme. The kiddos got to pet some farm animals, ride ponies, try their hand at a lasso, and sit by a campfire.
One of the most wonderful and unexpected displays at the Bash was Swifty’s Balloon Farm. It was an entire lifesize farm made of balloons. It was incredible! I know it’s hard to imagine so check out these photos:
It’s an outhouse! Get it? The kids thought was hilarious.
See the boy up in the tree? He’s saying “Shhh,” to the girl on the tire swing below. This went floor to ceiling.
The balloons below are what the clowns made for the kids before we left. A frog and a pig. Too cute! The kids played with them for quite awhile, and they still look good 5 days later!
I wish the farm was a little closer, they have all kinds of wonderful year round events and activities. We had such a wonderful time we are already thinking about going back next year.
