Pumpkin and Peppers
Until I came across this recipe, I never would have thought to combine pumpkin and peppers. But the sweetness of the pumpkin and the savory in the peppers makes for a great combination. And the Fall colors of the dish are pretty too!

Most pumpkin recipes call for pureed pumpkin. I usually rely on the canned version, but this recipe for steamed and pureed pumpkin makes it seem so easy, I can’t wait to try it this year.

Homemade Pumpkin Pie
No collection of pumpkin recipes is complete without a pumpkin pie. This one was so popular I found the same recipe in two places. The use of homemade pureed pumpkin enhances the flavor and I can’t wait to give this one a try at our next Fall get together!

All of those look delicious but would turn into charred coal if I were to attempt them. My favorite pumpkin recipe is ordering a pumpkin shake from Sonic :) YUM!
These all look good, but that Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread really caught my eye.
