I was late to the game on this one, but once I had Buffalo Chicken Dip, I was hooked! As soon as I tried it, I knew right away that it was one of the best dips I’d ever had. Lots of flavor with just the right amount of heat. I’ve made it at home a couple of times since. It’s such a great recipe that that I thought I would see if I could find other versions of it. I browsed the web and Pinterest and was excited to see how many unique buffalo chicken recipes there are out there.

I am such a sucker for Buffalo Chicken. The soup one really piques my interest.
I make Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese fairly regularly and my family loves it. They also love chili so this might be a hit with them! I’ll have to give it a try soon (with our cold weather it would be great timing).
These look also! I have also made Buffalo Chicken Lasagna! Her is the dip recipe I swear by!
1 package softened cream cheese
2 cups cooked chunked or shredded boneless skinless chicken breast
chunky bleu cheese dressing
hot wing sauce
1 package shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Spread cream cheese in bottom of a 9×13 baking dish. Mix hot wing sauce with the chicken and pour on top of the cream cheese, spread the chunky bleu cheese dressing over chicken mixture and top with Monterey Jack cheese.
Bake until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Use tortilla chips (I like the blue corn or make my own) as a scooper :)
These all look devine!!!, I think the pizza or dip will be the first’s to try!:)
