150 Secrets To A Happy Wife – Book Review

I am already a very happy and grateful wife. My husband, Tired Dad Andy, is a wonderful father and he is helpful around the house. He pitches in and works to do whatever needs to be done with little or no grumbling. I really do consider myself a very lucky woman and I try to show him how much I appreciate him!

When I saw that there is a new book, 150 Secrets to a Happy Wife by Joe Gumm, I was curious and thought that I had to read it just to see if there was anything in it that maybe Andy needed to know or that I was missing out on. When Andy saw the book on the counter he looked at me strange and I think he may have been a little offended! Oops!

150 Secrets To A Happy Wife Review

I thought the book was a great read. There are over 150 tips for guys who are probably not as helpful or wonderful as Andy so that they can make their hardworking wives happier! The book’s tips were realistic, attainable, and some were even funny!

Here’s what Andy had to say:

“Joe Gumm’s 150 Secrets to a Happy Wife is a book with the intent to inform current husbands or husbands-to-be on 150 things a man can do to make his wife/fiancé happy.  The writing is very informational yet comical (as to not scare away any future husbands).

The advice ranges from the basic: #31:  Take out the Garbage, to the romantic, such as #110: Renew your vows.

I found the advice to be very helpful in many cases, but some would no doubt find the advice to be pointing toward the obvious (#107:  Hug).

I would recommend this “fun-ducational” book to any men who are either in a relationship or are about to be married and even those who have been married for some time.  There will be something for every type of man in a committed relationship here. The fun part is making a list of all the things you might already do on a regular basis, which would indeed make a Happy Wife.”

The product was provided for review. No compensation was received. The honest opinions are my own and that of my family.

What a great book! I hadn’t heard of it. My hubby is great. He makes me very happy, but it would be fun to read.
